In addition to managing the agency, he serves as a therapist with a wealth of experience in residential treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, and jail-based programs. Tom also contributes as a part-time surveyor for CARF, an accrediting body for health and human services organizations. Before pursuing a career in mental health, Tom grew up on a farm in Northeast Nebraska and earned his Master&#8217;s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Wayne State College.
