Individual Therapy
Individual therapy (sometimes called “psychotherapy” or “counseling”) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change
Marriage & Family Therapy
Family therapy, also called couple and family therapy, marriage and family therapy, family systems therapy, and family counseling, is a branch of psychotherapy that works with families and couples in intimate relationships to support change and development. It tends to view change in terms of the systems of interaction between family members. It emphasizes family relationships as an important factor in psychological health.
Chemical Dependency Evaluations
The purpose of conducting a chemical dependency assessment is to determine the severity of the client’s problem based on symptoms and the longevity of symptoms to determine the best interventions.
Outpatient Level One Substance Use Group
This group provides both psychoeducation and psychotherapy focused specifically on substance use issues and disorders. Group therapy provides peer support and reinforces recovery efforts. This group can be attended on its own or in conjunction with individual therapy. Attendance does require a substance use evaluation that recommends Level One Outpatient Substance Use Treatment.
